Child safety standards

Kolo is a private social network (web: https://kolo-network-173e2972.vercel.app; Android: com.pd_develop.kolo). We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards, in-app reporting tools, and response procedures.

1. Our standards

We strictly prohibit and do not allow:

any content or behavior that depicts, promotes, justifies, or facilitates child sexual abuse;
child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
grooming, sexualization, blackmail, or exploitation of minors;
attempts to involve minors in unsafe communication or exchange of intimate material;
any use of the service to contact minors for unlawful purposes.

2. Age restrictions

Kolo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If we become aware of an account or content that violates this rule, we will take action — including account and content removal.

3. How to report in the app

Users can report child safety concerns and other violations directly in Kolo:

on a user profile — “Report user”;
on a post — “Report post”;
on a comment — “Report comment”;
in chat — report a message;
block a user — from the profile or chat menu.

4. How we respond to reports

After we receive a report or detect a violation, we:

review the reported content and related accounts;
temporarily or permanently restrict offending users;
remove prohibited content;
apply automated image checks (NSFW moderation) on upload;
maintain an internal report log to investigate repeat violations.

5. Reporting to authorities

Kolo complies with applicable child safety laws. If we discover or receive credible information about CSAE/CSAM, we may immediately remove the relevant content and accounts and report to competent authorities — including law enforcement and, where applicable, specialized centers (such as NCMEC CyberTipline in relevant jurisdictions).

We cooperate with lawful requests from authorized authorities.
